Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted via PayPal. Use your PayPal email address, if you have one, when placing an order. Items can also be purchased by check or money order.

Delivery & Shipping for Your Purchase:
Each and every item at Diva in Pink is handcrafted. To allow for the preparation of your special piece, please note that orders received Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within one to two business days. Some items may require a longer lead time (such as handbags and custom jewelry), and generally these items are noted on the web site. Please also allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping and handling rates are calculated at checkout. At the moment, we ship only to addresses in the United States.

Please contact us to send your return item. Please mail via an insured courier (for example: FedEx, UPS, or trackable USPS). Diva in Pink is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us. If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid UPS return label for your use.

A Note about our Handcrafted Items:
Every item on the Diva in Pink web site is handcrafted. This means that each item is unique, and may have slight variations from piece to piece. Please accept this as one of the beautiful features of owning a handcrafted item. Also, many of our items are one-of-a-kind or very limited in quantity, and we make no guarantees of availability.

We have made every effort to display accurate colors in the photographs on this web site, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Caring for your Handcrafted Jewelry: Please do not allow soaps, detergents, hairspray or make-up to come into contact with your jewelry. Put on your jewelry after applying make-up, perfume and hairspray. Store jewelry away from sunlight. You can clean your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth after each wear to keep perspiration and oil from building up.

Sterling Silver Care Instructions: Over time, your sterling silver will naturally develop a slight silver-gray patina. Although some like this antique look, to keep your piece in its original condition here are some of our recommendations:

• The best way to protect sterling silver from oxidation is when not being worn, keep your pieces out of the air and in a sealed plastic bag.
• Occasionally wipe your piece off with a silver polish cloth to keep its fresh look.
• When oxidation does occur, you can use a silver polish cloth and/or a silver liquid/polish cleaner.
• Do not store in direct sunlight. Chlorine will damage silver and gemstones. Do not wear in the swimming pool or jacuzzi.

Sales Tax:
Diva in Pink charges sales tax to all orders shipped within California.
